Ingredients:
- 4 small Cucumbers
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Sambal (Asian Chili Garlic Paste)
- 3 tsp Wasabi Ginger Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Peel Cucumbers if desired. Cut each cucumber into small 1/2 inch cubes or thin slices. To make small cubes, cut each cucumber into 4 long strips, then slice into cubes. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sambal, wasabi ginger seasoning and salt. Mix thoroughly until salt is dissolved and honey is thoroughly combined. Add cucumber, then serve. For best results, allow cucumber to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
