Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - Spicy and Sweet Blend

This Jamaican Jerk seasoning is full of heat and sweet flavor from a myriad of spices such as allspice, clove and few others that you'll have to taste to figure out. This seasoning blend is very versatile and can be used in a variety of cooking applications such as grilling, sautéing, roasting and stewing. This seasoning came about when I was looking for a Jerk seasoning that had as much heat as it had spice. In addition to be used in various cooking methods, this can be used on poultry, pork, fish, seafood, and vegetables.

Our seasoning blends contain rice hulls to prevent clumping. Rice hulls are a natural anti-caking agent. No chemicals are used in our seasoning blends.
